上野村のケーキパーティ

クリスマスの餅つき大会で44臼のお餅をついて、つきたてのお餅をたらふく食べたあとに、

ケーキパーティを行いました。ケーキ屋さんが近くに無い上野村。

だからこそ、プロ並みのケーキ上手さんがいっぱいいます。

悪条件がよい結果をもたらす。そんな風に内山節さんはお話していました。

見るだけでも幸せになれる、素敵なケーキを紹介します黒沢食菌のお嫁さんのケーキは、
サンタさんなどの細かいマジパン細工もすべて手づくりのティラミスとロールケーキ！

こちらはmugiccoぱんのシュトーレン。ドイツのクリスマス菓子です！

濃厚ガトーショコラは緑のふるさと協力隊の大先輩。
実家はお菓子屋さんだそうです！

チーズケーキとパウンドケーキは上野テレビのお兄さん作！

そしておてんまの会の仲間が家族で作ったかわいい白くまケーキは…
実はクリスマスツリーになる予定だった生地が倒れてしまい、
子供たちが白くまくんに変身させました☆
注目してほしいところは「毛並み」だそうです！すばらしい！
こごみに似てるところもすばらしい！

すべてのケーキが、ここでしか味わえない、とっても美味しいケーキでした。

ごちそうさまでした〜。


UENOMURA's CAKE PARTY
After the pounding of 44 mortars of Mochi and
the getting belly full with delicious new made hot Mochi,
we enjoy the special cake party.
There is any sweet shop or bakery in this village Uenomura
so there are many amateur chiefs on the professional level here.

The philosopher Takashi Uchiyama said like this.

I will present you the cakes can make you happy
just showing the pics of them.
A daughter of Kurosawa mushroom farm
brought us the Tiramisu and Roll cakes.
All of the candies on the cakes are made by her hand!


That is a german sweet ”Stollen".　Brought the girl of "Mugicco"


This very rich"gatau chocolat" is brought by the great old member of
"Green cooperative corps" who is sent to this village like Miho.
Now she got married with a local guy and has two kids.
Her parents owns a bakery.

And this cute white beer cake was...
at first it was tried to form as a Christmas tree
but,it got down in the kitchen...
Then her son did a genius job. Remade it as a White beer☆
He explained us what he deviced for. It is the beautiful lie of fur! It is great!!
It is also great to made it looks like Kogomi(our dog).


All of the cakes are real Uenomura original cakes
what available only in Uenomura.
They were sooooo nice.
